Step 1
Mix eggs, milk, sugar, and flour, then add rhubarb.

Step 2
Pour into a pie shell and dot with butter. Cover with a lattice top.

Step 3
Bake at 400 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes, until browned. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
