Laurel's Turkey Meatloaf

Our good friend Laurel gave us this recipe. It originally came from Laurel's sister Aubrey. It's a nice healthy take on traditional meatloaf, but uses ground turkey so its much lower in fat than ground beef. Enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except ketchup, in a medium mixing bowl with hands.

Step 2
Season to taste with garlic sat and pepper.

Step 3
Pack mixture into an ungreased loaf baking pan.

Step 4
Squirt a squiggle of ketchup down the length of the meatloaf.

Step 5
Bake at 375*F for 55-75 minutes.
