Chris's Grandma Clute Meatloaf

This recipe came from Rick and Chris. They said this was Grandpa Rudd's favorite so I'm sure it's good. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

Step 1
Mix egg, milk, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and ground beef.

Step 2
Place in a baking pan and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 3
For the topping, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, then spread over meatloaf for the last 10 minutes of baking. Tip: before adding the topping, pour off grease and water and spoon off any junk.
