This is one of Jim and Brenda's favorite entrees.
Step 1
Partially cook asparagus, drain. Place asparagus in a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat brown the chicken breast in the oil, season with salt & pepper. Arrange the chicken over the asparagus.
Step 3
In a bowl mix the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder together; pour over the chicken & asparagus. Cover with foil and bake at 375degrees for 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender and juices run clear.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese, let stand 5 minutes before serving.
