Savory Strawberry Salmon

This is another one of Jim and Brenda's favorite seafood dishes. I love savory dishes that include fresh fruit so this is one I'm looking forward to making.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon filet on a foil lined pan. Season with seafood rub, then cover and surround fish with peppers, onions and orange slices. Pour lime juice over fish and vegetables.

Step 2
Mix strawberries, water, honey, dill, garlic and green onions together.

Step 3
Ladle strawberry mixture evenly over salmon. Cover with foil and pierce foil allowing steam to escape.

Step 4
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
