Elmer's Veal & Potatoes

This is one of my Dad's favorite dishes. I remember coming home from Karate at night and having this for dinner so many times. This is definitely where I got my love for veal.

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Dip veal pieces into whisked egg, then into seasoned breadcrumbs. Place on a plate covered with wax paper.

Step 2
Peel and slice potatoes into thin pieces, then dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Also place on a plate with wax paper.

Step 3
Place plates in a refrigerator for a couple hours before frying.

Step 4
Heat a fair amount of oil and cook meat and potatoes until brown. The meat cooks quickly but the potatoes take some time.
