Brenda's Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

This is another one of Brenda's classics. It's hard to go wrong with chocolate kisses over peanut butter cookies. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 - 18 oz Jar Peanut Butter (Jiff)
- 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 48 Chocolate Kisses (9 oz bag)
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium size bowl. (Dough will be slightly sticky). With floured hands roll into 1 ¼ inch balls.
Step 2
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 to 14 minutes until cookies look dry with tops cracked.
Step 3
Remove from oven immediately press a kiss in center of each cookie. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 to 2 minutes then remove.
